Epsom Salt

Our Epsom salt is pure magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, packed in Australia, for adding to a bath or a foot soak.

Epsom salt: what it is

Epsom salt is the common name for magnesium sulphate. Ours is the heptahydrate form, a clear crystalline salt, with nothing else added. The ingredient is imported and packed in Australia. Our jar is labelled Magnesium Bath Salt; it is the same thing.

How to use Epsom salt

• Bath: dissolve 2 cups in a hot bath.
• Foot soak: dissolve 1/2 cup in a basin of hot water.

This is a bath product. Do not swallow it, and keep it out of reach of children.

Storage

Keep the lid tightly closed and store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Each jar contains a silica gel sachet to stop clumping: do not eat it.
